Yes. The Free plan includes inventory tracking and one studio workspace with no time limit or credit card required. Upgrade to Basic ($9.99/mo) or Pro ($25.99/mo) for projects, audit tracking, and more.
Go to Settings → Subscription inside the app and choose the plan you want. Billing is handled securely by Apple through the App Store — we never see your payment details.
Yes. Cancel any time through your iPhone's App Store subscription settings. You'll retain your plan's features until the end of the current billing period.
Yes. Studios and organizations that need multiple members in one shared workspace can subscribe to a team plan. Pro includes 5 seats, and Team 12, Team 25, and Team 50 add more seats as your studio grows. The studio owner subscribes and manages seats from Settings → Team inside the app.
Available on the Pro plan, Audit of Goods keeps a timestamped log of every inventory movement and project change. It's designed for accuracy at tax time and for detailed client billing.
Projects let you group inventory items under a client job. Assign items from your inventory, track quantities, and see total cost and revenue per project. Basic supports up to 25; Pro is unlimited.
Yes. Project Plus+ stores your data securely in the cloud using Supabase. Your inventory and projects are synced and accessible whenever you sign in to your account.
