This Privacy Policy describes how Project Plus+ ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by SP Development, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our iOS application and this website. By using Project Plus+, you agree to the practices described here.
When you create an account, we collect the information used to authenticate you, depending on how you sign up:
If you choose to add a profile photo, we access your camera or photo library (only when you initiate it) and store the selected image so it can be displayed on your profile and shared with members of your studio.
If you create or manage a studio or organization, we collect the details you enter, which may include a business name, business email, business phone number, and business address.

If you enable notifications, we store a device push token so we can deliver notifications about activity in your studio. This token identifies your device to Apple's push service, not you personally.
We may process basic diagnostic data such as app version and device type to operate and improve the app. We do not collect your location, we do not use advertising or third-party analytics trackers, and we do not use cookies or web beacons to track you.

Project Plus+ is built for teams. When you join or are added to a studio, certain information is visible to other members of that studio — including your username, email address, profile photo, role, and the inventory, projects, and records within that shared workspace. Studio owners and administrators can manage members and may remove access. Only share a studio with people you trust.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database and storage platform, on our behalf. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We do not store payment information — all billing is handled by Apple through the App Store.
The app stores certain information locally on your device — such as your login session, display name, subscription status, and theme and notification preferences — so the app can keep you signed in and remember your settings between launches. This information stays on your device and is removed when you sign out or delete the app.
We rely on a small number of trusted third parties to operate the app. When you use these features, information is shared with the relevant provider under their own privacy policies:

Subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We have no access to your payment card or billing details. For billing questions, refer to your Apple ID account settings or contact Apple Support directly.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Project Plus+ is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
